Four (4) newly built single houses in an area of 6000 m2 surrounded by olive trees, vine yards and vegetable gardens. Each house is 50 m2 - 60 m2 consists of two bedrooms with A/C, living room with sat T/V, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and big verandas overlooking the sea. Five - six persons can be accommodated in each house upon request. Marcello Villas are suitable for family's as well as for couples who wish to enjoy their vacations away from the crowded and typical tourist style hotels. The distance from the beach is 600 m. Other popular beaches in the area are Krios, Kaminia and Agios Fokas. From Agios Fokas you can enjoy the enchanting sunset in the sea and the beautiful view of Parikia. In marcello beach you can find beach bar and restaurants.The capital of Paros Parikia is 3,5 km. You can reach the capital by renting a car, a scooter, or by taxi as well as with the local fishing boats that come and go the distance from 10:00 am until 19:00 in less than 5 minutes.
